Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love every Sundella product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return or exchange. Please note, the customer will be responsible for shipping returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Damages and Issues
If your items are defective or damaged we will happily replace them for you. Please contact us with a brief explanation of your claim and pictures of the item for evaluation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
